At Zenvirala, we want you to feel confident in every crystal bracelet you choose. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the item has been shipped.

  • If your order is cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.


2. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Before sending any item back, you must contact us to receive the correct return address and instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized bracelets

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear

  • Returns requested after 14 days of delivery


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect item sent or defective product), Zenvirala will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

If your return is not approved (for example, if the item is used or damaged), we will notify you.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to post).

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur).

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


8. Important Notes

  • Zenvirala does not charge restocking fees.

  • Items must not show signs of wear.

  • For hygiene and quality reasons, worn jewelry cannot be returned.
